Description
The Registrar will have strong customer service skills and perform clerical duties at the front desk.
No medical experience required! Training will be provided.
This position will consist of a rotating 12 hour shift; nights and weekends required.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong commitment to superior customer service and support
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in high-stress situations
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Perceptive of non-verbal cues by patients
